Safeguarding

Prince’s Mead is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and believes that all children, regardless of age, special needs or disability, racial/cultural heritage, religious belief or sexual orientation have the right to be protected from all types of harm and abuse. Our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy can be viewed in the Policies section on our school website. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is Mr Alex Greenaway.

Complaints Procedure

We pride ourselves on having a very positive relationship with our parents. If we do not achieve this we would very much like to know so that we can have the opportunity to resolve any concern as quickly as possible. Your child’s form teacher/tutor is always your first point of contact for any problem you may have. If the problem is urgent please leave a message at the School Reception. This will be brought to the attention of an appropriate member of staff, who will endeavour to make contact with you that same day, if possible. Our formal complaints procedure is available on our school website.
