Who to contact

If you have any concerns about your child, please contact your child's form teacher (Reception - Year 4) or form tutor (Years 5 & 6) in the first instance. Email is usually the most effective way to contact staff, although this should not replace personal dialogue where an individual pupil's welfare is involved. The format for staff email addresses is:

firstname.surname@princesmeadschool.org.uk

It is reasonable for you to expect a response to an email within 24 hours but please be mindful of the staff's teaching duties during the school day which may prohibit an immediate response.

For other issues, please contact the relevant member of the Senior Leadership Team, as detailed above.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the concern you raise, please use our complaints procedure if you wish to take the matter further.
