Forms

Upon entry into the school, new parents are asked to complete Starter Forms to provide the school with up-to-date contact records, medical information and permissions. Please keep the school updated of any changes or additions.​

Pupil Contact Information

​

Pupil contact information is requested when a family joins the school, as well as additional contact details should we ever need to contact you in an emergency. The email address you provide will be used to send your fee bill, The Link (our weekly newsletter) and other school correspondence.

 

Should any information change, please contact our Registrar  as soon as possible so that we can update our records.

Permission to take photographs and videos of your child are sought on the New Pupil Starter Form. You can find an explanation of the levels of permissions here. If you would like to review your child(ren)'s permission level please contact our Registrar.

Medical Information

​

Information provided to Matron is confidentially stored. Any update or changes to your child's health or medical needs must be shared as soon as possible by contacting Matron.

Leave of Absence

​

If you wish to take your child out of school for any reason, permission must be sought in advance in writing. For medical appointments and other short duration absences please submit an application for leave of absence via the Parent Portal ensuring sufficient notice is given.

Please give careful consideration to requested absences. Even if an absence is approved, it can be disruptive for your child and others in their class to be withdrawn from their lessons and often places them under considerable pressure to make up lost ground on their return to school.

​

If your child is unexpectedly absent from school, please let Matron know by 8.20am.

​

Before or following an absence for any reason, please let the form teacher/tutor know in writing so that we can keep our registers up-to-date.
